At CritterFit Co, every order is custom-made just for you - that's the magic of print-on-demand! Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
When We'll Make It Right
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you:
- The item received is wrong (wrong design, colour, or product)
- The item is damaged or defective on arrival
- There's a printing error or quality issue
How to Submit a Claim

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — as a print-on-demand store, physical returns generally aren't required.
